The images and technical drawings of Triconville products published on the website are protected by copyright and are proprietary items of Triconville. Triconville authorises the user to copy, download, edit, distribute or publish the images only for the envisaged Authorised Uses.

Images or technical drawings published on the Triconville website may be used for personal, non-commercial, educational and informative purposes only if the image is preserved intact as in the original and states the correct copyright regulations. Authorised architects, designers and dealers may download and use the images on the website or the technical drawings to make their sales offers/quotations to the final customers through Triconville or through authorised dealers of Triconville products or for uses associated with training sessions or workshops. Hence, contents and images published on the website may be downloaded or printed only for an Authorised Use and if the contents are neither deleted nor modified, including copyright notes and trademarks. Authorised dealers are requested to communicate with their contact person at Triconville's Customer Service to obtain a written authorisation to use the high resolution images and/or other website contents that are copyright protected (this can be done by making use of the online application form).
Journalists are requested to communicate with the Triconville's PR & Communication Department to obtain a written authorisation to use the high resolution images and/or other website contents that are copyright protected (this can be done by making use of the online application form). This agreement does not envisage any assignment of rights to:
- use images or technical drawings for advertising, publishing, promotional purposes or for other commercial applications (e.g. Point of Sale material), which always require Triconville's written authorisation
- granting a licence, selling, publishing or distributing one or more images or technical drawings or part of them;
- allow downloading of images or technical drawings with the FTP protocol or a similar method;
- use the images or technical drawings for libellous, pornographic, child pornographic, fraudulent, illegal purposes;
- use the images or technical drawings in violation of copyright or privacy laws;
- use the images or technical drawings for any other purpose that is not specified in the section “Authorised Uses.”
Any unauthorised use of images or technical drawings shall be a violation of copyright laws and authorises Triconville to defend its rights by pursuing the above mentioned violation, in compliance with current legal provisions.
