Order & Returns
Custom Orders
Custom orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed; the remaining 50% will be charged when your order ships. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.
Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason cannot be accepted.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s). Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, Custom Orders, Clearance items, Sale items in Stores, discontinued items. Unfortunately, stores cannot accept returns of furniture or other large items.
Exchange
We really take your satisfaction very seriously. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you happen to receive a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, the product can be exchanged into the right one. To make sure everything in place, please check the order before delivery. You can make an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
In case of damage
If there is any manufacturing defect, you're eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery. You can receive a full refund in the form of store credit or cash. If necessary, we will pick up the item at a scheduled time.
Final Sale & Clearance Items
Clearance items, as well as any items purchased at Triconville Outlet stores or Warehouse Sales, are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
